How it works
Attendees on WhatsApp. Organisers in the web app.
Create the event, add the programme, upload the list and write FAQs. They ask on WhatsApp. You watch questions and send announcements.
How a show runs
Create the event
Name, venue, days, sessions, FAQs and files. That is what WhatsApp can answer.
Upload attendees
Keep your registration tool. Add people in the console — one by one or CSV.
They get WhatsApp
A saved mobile number can send a welcome WhatsApp. They reply there. No app, no account.
You run the day
Announcements out. Questions in — a log, not an inbox. Invite a colleague from Team if you need a second licence.
On the day
Announcements out. Questions in.
Send or schedule WhatsApp announcements. Questions land in the console, summarised and grouped by topic. You do not staff a WhatsApp inbox — if the same question repeats, add an FAQ or send an announcement.
The concierge answers from the event content you put in. For VIP, medical or security, your team still owns the answer.
Questions organisers usually ask
Do attendees need an app or an account?
No. They use WhatsApp. This website’s Request access form is not for attendees.
How do organisers sign in?
Microsoft. After you request access, Microsoft emails a guest invitation to the work address you entered.
Do you replace our registration tool?
No. Keep it. Add people in the console, one by one or by CSV.
Can we run it in Salesforce instead?
The hosted app and the self-hosted install are Microsoft. If you need it inside Salesforce, we have a managed package — contact us and we will talk you through integration.
Who answers on WhatsApp?
The concierge answers from the programme, FAQs, exhibitors and files you loaded. It is not a person on a headset. You watch questions in the app. For exceptions — VIP, medical, security — your team still owns the answer.
Can I add colleagues?
Yes, from Team. Request access includes one licence. Each person you invite uses a licence.
Is there a public sign-up?
Request access is for organisers. Submitting the form creates the workspace. Microsoft then emails a guest invite to the work address you enter.
How do attendees start?
You add them (one by one or CSV). A mobile number can send a welcome WhatsApp; they reply there. No app, no account. This website is not for attendees.
I want to see it first.
Book a demo. That does not create a workspace.
