The organiser console
Microsoft sign-in in the browser. Events, programme, attendees, FAQs, announcements, questions, Ask evA and Team. Attendees never see this screen — they stay on WhatsApp.
What you get
Events
Create an event. Add days, sessions, FAQs, exhibitors and files (leaflet, privacy policy).
Attendees
Add one person or mass-upload a registration export. Name, mobile, company, type and consent.
Announcements
Draft, send now, or schedule. Pick everyone, or a type. Confirmation shows who would receive it.
Questions
Live questions, including from the floor. Original plus translation, grouped by topic. A log, not a chat inbox.
Team
One licence included. Invite a colleague by work email. They get a Microsoft invite. Admins can remove people and free the licence.
Ask evA
On an event you can ask evA about that event’s data — who is signed up, the programme, what people have been asking.
What we do not replace
Keep your registration platform and badging. evAInts is the WhatsApp layer after people are registered. Attendees never create an account. Organisers only see their own events and people.
Already on Salesforce?
The hosted product and the self-hosted install run on Microsoft. If you would rather run evAInts inside your Salesforce org, we have a managed package. That is a separate integration — contact us if you want to talk it through.
